Refunds and Exchange Policy 


All products have a 7 day money back guarantee – However, products should not be used at all as well as proof of purchase(invoice) and the original packaging.

Goods incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost, if a replacement is not possible (due to quality issues, or being discontinued)  full refund will be given.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Our orders are shipped from our Johannesburg warehouse and while we cannot guarantee delivery times, you should expect courier delivery in 3-6 working days after receipt of order, unless you selected EXPRESS or EXPEDITED shipping which will be faster. We endeavour to meet the following schedules and times as indicated below.

  • Orders will be dispatched next business day and where payment verification is successful if the order is received Monday to Friday (Cut off on a Friday is 12H00). Orders placed Friday after 12H00 to Sunday will be dispatched by the end of the following business day.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries is usually done between 8H30 and 17H00. 

Deliveries to some remote outlying areas may take a little longer.

 Note : Courier Delivery will only be made to physical addresses, either at your work or home where somebody will be able to sign for and receive the parcel during working hours.
